I'm very excited to announce that starting April 2nd, my friend and colleague Cori Rosenthal and I will be co-hosting a Health At Every Size ® Eating Disorder Support group.
Community and connection are two key pieces of Eating Disorder recovery. Through this group, we are hoping to facilitate a strong community and support for each participant. We will have 4 themed weeks for discussion and the other four weeks will be community chosen themes or focuses.
We have worked to make this as affordable as possible and are offering 16 full weeks of support, with 8 virtual hour long support group meetings and community led messaging support for less than $20 a week! The total cost is $300 for all 16 weeks. Please reach out if you would like to explore payment plan options.
